This year, Yabu Shabu is Focusing on Katsu Served with Japanese Perfection
Altering slightly: Yabu: The House of Katsu is still a popular choice for Japanese casual dining in the Philippines because of its real and fried-to-perfection katsu meals. While the menu includes Hibachi’s fan favorites, a few new dishes have been added, all using the best ingredients, as well as unlimited cabbage, rice and miso soup.
Yabu’s highlights are the Katsu Sets, where delicious cutlets are served with rice and delightful sauces. The Rosu (Pork Loin) Katsu Set is one of the most popular and you can order it at ₱420 for 100g, ₱460 for 120g and ₱510 for 150g. The Hire (Pork Tenderloin) Katsu Set has attractive prices of ₱430 to ₱520.
You can also order a Chicken Katsu Set for as low as ₱430 and the Seafood Katsu Sets are priced based on whether you eat Prawn, Dory or Oyster Katsu.
Those who prefer something exciting can have the Katsu Curry Sets which give you flavorful shredded meat in a tasty Japanese curry sauce. Filipino fast food prices range from ₱480 for chicken to ₱650 for seafood mixes.
In addition, Yabu serves Katsu Don and Chicken Oyako Don in their Donburi Bowls for a price between ₱390 and ₱450. They are perfect choices for individuals who want a large meal at a reasonable price.
Try some Agedashi Tofu (₱230), Edamame (₱160) and Potato Korokke (₱200) to complement your meals and remember to order Black Sesame Ice Cream (₱120) or Matcha Cheesecake (₱180) for dessert.
Due to its big servings, high quality and tasty dishes, Yabu has earned its recognition among Filipino fans of Japanese katsu.
